Exprive Signs MOU with HJ MediCompany (Medical Career Lab) to Launch International Medical Training for Expats
Seoul, Korea – March 28, 2025 – Exprive, Asia’s leading expat influencer community, and HJ MediCompany (Medical Career Lab), Korea’s top medical education and consulting organization, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on March 28, 2025, to strengthen cooperation in the fields of foreign patient education, medical tourism, and international healthcare training.
This strategic alliance aims to develop and deliver professional medical education programs for expats residing in Korea who are either currently working in or aspiring to work in the healthcare industry.
Under this agreement, Exprive will be responsible for marketing and recruiting expat participants, while HJ MediCompany will oversee and operate the training courses by dispatching and managing certified instructors. Together, the two organizations will co-develop a specialized curriculum including:
Medical Aesthetic Coordination (plastic surgery, dermatology)
Clinic Management and Leadership Training
Skin Disorder Education
Petit Aesthetic Counseling Skills
Hospital Communication and Consultation Training
The programs will cater to current and prospective clinic staff, enabling foreign professionals to enhance their capabilities and gain a deeper understanding of the Korean healthcare system.
"This partnership marks a meaningful step toward building a global medical education hub in Korea," said Min Baek, CEO of Exprive. "With over 100,000 healthcare trainees educated by HJ MediCompany since 2010, we are confident that this collaboration will offer expats a gateway to meaningful careers in Korea’s medical field."
Dr. Hyejin Lee, CEO of HJ MediCompany and Director of Medical Career Lab, added, "By working with Exprive and its powerful network of expat influencers and professionals, we aim to foster global talent and contribute to the growing medical tourism and healthcare service industry in Korea through more structured, high-quality training programs."
The MOU is valid for one year from the date of signing and will be automatically renewed annually unless otherwise terminated by either party.
Together, Exprive and HJ MediCompany will contribute to the evolution of Korea’s medical tourism ecosystem—offering accessible, multilingual, and professional education for foreign residents while strengthening Korea’s reputation as a leader in global healthcare training.
